Q: How much does the program cost?

A: We like to conduct a discovery call with each client first to determine his/her specific needs. It is best to either visit www.bodybyloleta.com and complete the form on the Contact Us page, call or text (754) 222-1023, or email info@bodybyloleta.com for details.

 

Q: Can you guarantee that your program will work?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the program will work. However, what we will guarantee is that based on your individual needs, we will design and implement a program that is tailored for you. What we ask in return is that you follow it, communicate any concerns, and give 110% Desire, Discipline and Determination to your transformation. We provide the tools but YOU have to put in the work.

 

Q: How long is the program?

A: Currently we offer a month-to-month program, a 4-month program, or a 6-month program. However, program design is specific to individual client needs.

 

Q: Can I make payments in installments?

A: We do offer payment plans for some programs.

 

Q: What do I get in my lifestyle coaching program?

A: All lifestyle coaching programs in a fitness and nutrition program with frequent one-on-one consultations. Each client will be required to provide his/her coach photos and measurements for their evaluation.

 

Q: Is the lifestyle coaching program for everyone?

A: Unfortunately, the lifestyle program is not for everyone. If you are more comfortable working out with others (i.e.: group or personal training), then you may want to consider signing up for a BBL Fitness Membership. We offer personal training, various group classes, access to the gym for training on your own, etc. Lifestyle coaching is NOT for clients who are competing (competitors).

 

Q: Do I go to the gym for lifestyle coaching?

A: Our lifestyle coaching program is designed for online clients only.
